Place your order online before 3pm on any weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we’ll get your order shipped the same day via whichever service you have chosen.

If your order is placed after 3pm Friday or during the weekend it will go out first thing on Monday.

Instore Pick Up
If you live in or around Liverpool then an instore pick up may be more beneficial to you. It means you can purchase and pick up at your convenience and pretty much straight away once the order confirmation is recieved.

Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm (including Saturdays) and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.
If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Deliveries are not made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.

Free UK Tracked 48

Next Day delivery is sent by Interlink Express and is covered by their 1 hour predict service.
If you choose next day then Interlink Express will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel.
When Interlink Express deliver to you:
You are given a one hour delivery window
You are are notified of this by text or email
If not convenient you can use the text or email to change the delivery date
All UK orders over £80 receive free next day delivery via Interlink Express Next Day
(excluding Saturday).
UK orders between £20 and £79 are sent via Interlink Express Next Day at a cost of £6 per order.
UK orders under £20 (excluding sale items) are sent via Interlink Express Next Day
delivery charged at £5.
Deliveries are only made on week days so Friday will arrive Monday.

We don't want our customers waiting in all day for their parcels to turn up which is why we use Interlink Express "Predict" delivery service with a one hour delivery window for all our UK Next Day customers.
Europe & Rest of the World
We now deliver to the whole of Europe and most other Non EU countries. Quotes for postage can be obtained in the cart area once a product is selected but a flat rate service is available which is £11 for EU and £15 for ROW
Heavier items such as hardware or multiple purchases will cost slightly more.
We also use a UPS service and quotes for this can be found in the cart area.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. We've extended our policy period to 28 days because we realise you might be busy with other things too. 

We offer a refund or exchange service but we can't refund your original or return postage costs if you have simply changed your mind.

Sale items are non refundable unfortunately but this does not include Flash Sale or exchange.

We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make your mind up so nothing accidental happens to damage them. Please be careful when trying shoes on, we don't accept returns on shoes if there are marks on the out sole, UNIDENTIFIED OBJECTS stuck in the tread or bobbles/sock fluff on the inside. We're not into it when we get shoes returned without the paper lining in the box or the original shoe box at all, so please look after this too. Please don't wash stuff and pretend that's it still new either. Thanks a lot. 

If free shipping was used then the actual shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund. This amount will always be £4 for UK customers unless Interlink Express was used then it will be £6

Christmas Returns

We have extended our returns policy for all Christmas presents to 14 days starting from Christmas day. For extra blurb see above.

 

How To Make A Return :

  1. If you don't have one in your box - Download the Lost Art Returns Form :  Lost Art Returns / Exchange Form
  2. Contact us at returns@lostartshop.co.uk to recieve a returns number and then purchase a DISCOUNTED return / exchange shipping label below
  3. Fill out the Returns Form, let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange.
  4. If you are returning items from outside of the EU, please write on the outside of the package 'Returned goods, relief applied for.' This will avoid any unnecessary customs charges.
  5. Please ship your Goods and Returns Form using our returns service as stated above, we're not responsible for returns in transit that do not use this service so please use it as its a lot cheaper too. 
  6. We will take care of everything when your goods arrive back and we'll let you know if there's anything we need to talk to you about.

 

Faulty Goods

The same 28 day policy applies to faulty goods too. Generally if something's going to go wrong, it will go wrong quickly if it's a manufacturers defect. 

We can't accept returns due to excessive wear of a product. 

All items returned as faulty are subject to inspection by Lost Art before we can confirm if they are indeed faulty. Sometimes we will need to send the goods back to the manufacturer for an additional inspection. This can drag things out a bit and we apologise in advance for this.
