We use Interlink Express for all our UK mainland and UK Islands Deliveries. We use DPD for all our ROI and European orders and beyond. All UK orders use their  Predict service which requires an email address and/or a mobile phone number for your convenience. All our UK mainland orders are guaranteed next day, if you require any quicker services or a Saturday delivery give us a call.

When will my order be shipped?
Place your order online before 2pm on any weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we’ll get your order shipped the same day via our next day (excluding Saturday) courier service. If your order is placed during the weekend it will go out first thing on Monday. (Next Day delivery is standard)

How much will it cost?

We use Interlink Express's next day courier service to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Our delivery costs are based on the total cost of your order and are as below.

UK Mainland
All UK orders over £80 receive free next day delivery via Interlink Express Next Day
 (excluding Saturday).
UK orders between £20 and £79 are sent via Interlink Express Next Day at a cost of £6 per order.
UK orders under £20 (excluding sale items) are sent via Interlink Express Next Day
 delivery charged at £5.

UK Islands
Next Working Day Standard : £10 flat rate per order.

Europe & Rest of the World
We now deliver to the whole of Europe. Quotes for postage can be obtained in the cart area once a product is selected. Any other quiries ive us a quick call or mail.

Lost Art's Return & Exchange Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Any queries please contact us.
We offer a refund or exchange service if;


All items must be unused.
Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
Once clothing has been worn and/or washed or with tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.
All shoes should be returned in their original packing
All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition
Once a deck has been assembled or gripped neither the deck nor its parts can be returned or exchanged
All deck returns are dealt with by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion
All Videos/DVD must be unopened.
