One of the greatest right here. With his recent release of Black Radio, Blue Note's own Robert Glasper has been pieced together, straight killing it on this mix tape of live tracks. Featuring such greats as Yasiin Bay, DOOM and Q-Tip, its not to be overlooked.

Thats right, tonight sees the first Madnice Marauders evening, featuring some greats from the Hip Hop world including Chris Read (bbe), SertOne & Bolts, Kwinzola (No Fakin') sand Mumptown Beats, all paying homage to the D!

You will be sure to hear some Dilla classics that you knew and Dilla classics that you didn't, Slum Village Bangers, Tribe hits that you didn't even know he was on and a shit load of material that ain't even entered your ears. This man was involved from back before you will even realise and he is still current today! And at a fiver you must be fucking stupid if you miss this.

Framed Love is...

Ok, its not long now until this, so to honour one of the biggest producers in Hip Hop history good friend of the shop, Will from Framed Ink has made 50 limited Edition Screens. Originally he designed this as an entry into an Official J Dilla Art Competition but now finally i'm able to see these printed and in the flesh!

As you can see, Will definitely captures his unique style perfectly with these prints and the photos do not do the final quality any justice so get in store and pick up a super limited edition print in honour of the late, great James Dewitt Yancey. (£15)

February see's the return of a month thats usually dedicated to the life and works of one of the greatest Producers and MCs of our time, James 'Jay Dee' 'J Dilla' Yancey. And in true Liverpool fashion its going off! Peep the event over HERE and then get listening to this dope live mix from our friends over at Execute1200 courtesy of DJ Concept.

Too much hype for this right now, all proceeds are for the dilla foundation. Props to Madnice Marauders for putting this on and Will over at Framed Ink for the flyer and a few limited edition prints that should be available to buy very soon!
